Toronto, Ontario (March 6, 2024) - Constellation Software Inc. (TSX: CSU) ("Constellation" or the "Company"), Vertus Group's Parent company, has released its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2023 and year declared a $1.00 per share dividend payable on April 15, 2024 to all common shareholders of record at close of business on March 28, 2024. This dividend has been designated as an eligible dividend for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
