Long Island, New York – Jonas Software (“Jonas”) is pleased to announce it has acquired Huntington Business Systems (“HBS”). HBS is a leading provider of Time and Attendance Management Software for small, medium, and large organizations across various industries.
HBS delivers a fully customizable cloud-based solution with the greatest performance and flexibility on the market today. The software can be tailored to meet the needs of complex payroll policies and other unique requirements to reduce organization costs and minimize risk.

Since its founding in 1992 HBS, and will continue to operate out of its headquarters based in Long Island, NY, servicing more than 1,500 clients across the United States, Canada and Europe.
The recent acquisition of HBS aligns with Jonas’s strategy to acquire and operate industry-specific software companies with a decentralized model.
